Not all obviously, but there were definitely some standouts Id say can at least compare to some of the best shounen fights. Early Naruto was good shit. I remember when they actually used to fight with martial arts instead of mind games and beams. As for Dragon Ball I think the pre-Z stuff is done well enough. I havent seen it in a while, but Dragon Ball is a classic. The anime alone isnt to blame for some of the shit the writing gets though.
