Last year I wrote a short list of popular State Fair foods I wanted to try for the next year, and it looks like I still have it on my phone: Alligator-on-a-Stick Big Fat Bacon Fresh Cut Fries Pork Mole Tamale (Tejas Express) Turkey-to-Go Alligator on a stick was fine. I got it once but haven't felt the need to ever get it again. Turkey To Go is freaking amazing. Definitely check it out.
