Thanks! It works when I keep to it. Basically, my plan is:
-Two days a week, eat only 1,000 calories and virtually no fat. I failed yesterday, but hey, I'm trying!
-Minimize dinner size at least four days a week, including the 1k days.
-Walk a LOT. Step total on the week is ~62,200 through this moment. Goal is 70,000 on the week and that should be easy enough.
-Do yoga on Tuesdays (my work has free lunch yoga daily with increasing difficulty Monday-Friday) unless the weather is too perfect to spend in the musty old bunker (like this week).
-Attempt to do 200 crunches a week. I have been bad with this.

It's helping but only when I keep to it. I want to lose 50 pounds so I can actually be more like the way I see myself.

I'm so bored at work and it's not funny. I'd rather be at home drinking root beer and playing Xillia; since the weather sucks, not much is going on even with Maxwell Street Days [no relation to Xillia] happening...
