Oh but this is Nintendo, rarely do they actually think They already ported it though, a new port for the switch would be fine i guess. I'd probably get suckered into buying an HD remaster. Same for me. After seeing the recent additions to 2 it made me think an HD remake (not just a remaster) would look great.
