Yeah, it's definitely uncomfortable to watch now sometimes. Seinfeld is a bit the same way. The only one I can think of that handled it decently was Roseanne, and even that can come off dated sometimes. At least with Roseanne, though, they took those social issues and had characters talk about it so they didn't just exist in that universe as punchlines.

Really ironic given how the reboot turned out.
