That whole thing looked bad on both of them imo. JC was trying to make a point and Bayleigh was trying to make it personal and ignoring the point. At the same time, when JC approached her later, he was misremembering events and accused her of asking "are you a midget or a dwarf" (benefit of the doubt on him as just not remembering her choice of words) to which she rightfully called him out, as that is not how she phrased her question. Both of them should have been less reactionary and thought harder about what to say before saying it. Bayleigh's question was worded in a way that was insensitive enough to warrant a less than sensitive response, but JC should absolutely have just said "the n word" instead of using the actual word. They were both in the wrong, but I feel like they did a decent job of talking it out and both could have done MUCH worse, so if the beef is squashed and they've resolved things and moved on with more of an understanding of one another, all is good as far as I'm concerned.
