I took a look at the DLC

jesus christ theres alot of it

25 Maps.

Quick Explaination of them:
Gold Pack: Golden Gaffe, EXPonential Growth, Infinite Regalia:
These 3 are Grinding/Resources Maps.
Golden Gaffe will break the game. Risen have Gold. Kill them. They don't attack [They do counter attack though]

EXPonential is garbage except for getting the ball rolling on units on LUNATIC(+). Anything below that, it's just not worth using.

Infinite Regalia gets you 3 A-rank "Timeless" Weapons (Or a Bolt Axe because fuck you that's why) (Or Wolfberg for Walhart) each time you run it. Because you need to outfit every sword user with Ragnells.

S1: Champions of Yore, Lost Bloodlines, Smash Bros, Rogues and Redeemers.
These get you more Einherjar, but the real trick is the second [for Lost Bloodlines and Smash Bros sets] and third map of each.
Lost Bloodlines 2 and Smash Bros 2 net you an item that lets a character reclass into Dread Fighter [Sword, Axe, Tome; Skills include Aggressor (+10 Attack on Player Phase) and +10 RES] and Bride [Lance, Bow, Staff; Skills include Bonds (Passive AoE Heal) and Rally Heart (+2 All Stats, +1 Movement Rally)] respectively.

The Third Map grants an item that gives a character a skill:
CoY3: All+2 [Exactly what it says on the tin. Increases all stats by 2. Which is pretty powerful actually. It's roughly 10 levels worth of stats]
LB3: Paragon [Doubles EXP gained. Note: This map also is the best map to grind EXP and Weapon Rank on]
SB3: Iote's Shield [Negates Flier Weakness]
RaR3: Limit Breaker [Increases Stat Caps by 10- which lets you, through more leveling, increase all stats by 10. Yes, it's as busted as it sounds.]

You can readily farm any of these maps, play it as often as you'd like.

S2:
Scrambles: Harvest, Summer, Hot Spring. Conversations Galore. Not much else to say. You can farm Seeds of Trust off them, but that isn't the point. These are just a fuck ton of conversations with various characters. Including some that don't talk otherwise [cross-generational, or just don't support]

The Future Past:
ALTERNATE ENDING. It's the same level as the Endgame map itself, so... don't go in if you're not ready for that.
Not much else to say, and can't without spoiling the hell out of things. Ware the boss. ??? is kinda tragic.

Challenge set:
Again kinda exactly what it says on the tin. These are all post-game maps. Endgame or later.
4 maps with unique conditions:
Death's Embrace - Can you survive at 1 HP? This map knocks all units down to 1 HP.
Five Anna Firefight - Air Power is the only way now. 5 Merchant Defense Map. Oh, the ground is chopped up by lava and there's damage tiles.
Roster Rescue - Big enemies, moving walls.

Apotheosis - ...Extremely powerful Foes. Stats soar into the 70s, average trash in this map is as tough as Lunatic final Boss. Lunatic+ Skills are here on Normal [It ignores your actual difficulty]. This map... it's the MinMax map. You'll have extreme difficulty if you don't strategize for it, unless you have the other DLC and utilize the hell out of it [ahem, Limit Breaker] (That video I posted earlier is a clear of this map)
