Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, in a 2012 legal argument, summarized that across the U.S. there's no general duty to render aid to someone in distress. "You don't have the duty to rescue someone if that person is in danger. The blind man is walking in front of a car and you do not have a duty to stop him absent some relation between you,"

Well, there we go. Glad to see that Kirby has confirmed his morality based off a Justice, rather than what the right thing to do may be.

Glad to see that not your problem supersedes your ability to be a good person. This explains a lot about the opinions in your posts. Hopefully your kids, forbid you ever have any, end up with better parents.
