Topic	Andy Now Does Yet More Andy Nouns [ANDYMAN] Vol. 1: Self-deprecating, contained!

I beat the shit out of Muzet, who is losing her mind at a very rapid rate. Not that bad of a fight. I beat the shit out of Ivar, who is also losing his mind at a rapid rate, and slew his pet wyvern. And I beat the shit out of Presa and Agria, the latter of which never had a mind to begin with. I am particularly enjoying that this is feeling like a boss gauntlet all of a sudden. It's quite nice. For one thing, I don't like how Jude feels bad for Elympios. I'm like "UH, HELLO? They want to kill you for their sake. They want to turn the planet of Rieze Maxia into mana for their own use. It's either you or them!" They're an enemy - yes, the entire world - and he shouldn't feel bad. Their reliance on spyrix is damning them. And, to survive, they desire to exterminate another world entirely. That's EVIL. Let them all die so you and everyone you've ever known can continue as normal. Anyway, I'm surprised Ivar isn't dead - the guy is clearly suicidal because of what happened to Milla and, even though he's accusing Jude of letting her die, he's struggling with accepting how pathetic he is to have been captured just five minutes into the raid. He couldn't help her. And all he'd done was mess things up even more on several different occasions. And now he's lost his wyvern, so yeah. And, to be real, I really hated that sequence with Alvin, Presa, and Agria. It makes no sense why we're fighting again. First Wingull betrayed us at the seahaven - it was quite epic how Elize, Teepo, Rowen, and Leia took out all those goons in quick succession. And then I'm fighting those two abruptly? And Alvin goes from foe back to friend for no apparent reason? That was an awkward scene. I still can't forgive him for what he did - and though Leia is being mature about it, neither can she. Leia is awesome, by the way. She actually tried to save Agria, someone who bullied her. People don't get more kind and compassionate than that. And this blew Agria's mana lobe (the only part of a mind she had)... but she'd rather die than get rescued by her exact opposite. So she did. I do think Agria got a proper "sendoff scene" here - but Presa did not. I think Presa survived. There are plenty of plot points left here. Current character ranking, all things considered: Leia > Elize >= Milla >>>> Rowen >>>> Jude >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Alvin Yes, very girl-heavy. The girls in this game FAR outclass the guys. First time in a Tales game I've had all the girls at the top - and you know me and female JRPG characters. It's just that these three all have delightful personalities, storylines, and battle prowess - things the guys can't compare to. Leia and Elize have both never left my party when they're available. Leia is a LOT of fun to control and Elize is pretty much mandatory. Not to mention she levels up by far the fastest because ~~Healer's Reward is seriously OP~~.
