was just thinking about the stand your ground killer in florida. I think maybe both sides thought they were the hero. the victim, based on what I heard, was not going to kill the person. but the shooter panicked in the moment and over the course of like 2 seconds made a decision to draw a gun and shoot. emotionally I want that shooter punished. but I know they probably won't be. I;m expecting them to get away with it, unless the court can prove something about the case that casts doubt on the shooter being in self defense mode.

people need to stop getting into fights in florida. it's too dangerous. if I ever go to florida I will not make anyone mad, just to be safe
