If it keeps happening relatively close to the same area, then yeah it will be an issue. But a person who cares that much about their lawn is likely watering it pretty regularly, allowing the nitrogen in the urine to become dilute, so it's not like it's a big deal anyway. People who get pissy about little things like that have anger problems. If she doesn't want her lawn to be peed on, you can request that without turning into a crazy person.
