Plus, it seems that the young lady really cares about her lawn and gives good work/maintenance to it. If I was her, honestly, I would be mad too. that's fine and all to be upset but to go from 0-60 on the anger scale and start yelling is unnecessary. when you start acting hostile, people tend to either get hostile back or just ignore you because they think you're crazy. people need to control their temper.
