My knowledge is more using already established functionality, but 1 > 0. I am not yet ready to leave this job for a few reasons: 1) I only just started State employment and my health insurance is still on probation. It's too soon for me to leave, even for further State employment. I feel I need to clear all my probationary periods before making a move. 2) I really like my boss. I want to work for her because she actually gets me and is actually trying to find stuff for me to do when I have this little work. I trust her. 3) The idea of needing to travel around doesn't exactly appeal to me. I like the stability of a single Downtown location. It gives me access to all kinds of things. And it allows me to always take the bus. 4) I have friends who work in IT jobs. They tend not to like putting up with the idiots - you know, the ones who complain the computer "isn't working" when it's simply not plugged in. The ones who can't read four-step instructions and call to have them read aloud. Etc. 5) I'm moving out in December. So yeah, I don't think I should apply for other jobs just yet.
