It really depends. I'm teaching the same subject as i taught last year, so I don't have to make an all new curriculum. Of course I modify stuff and change stuff, but nothing major changes. and for new teachers or teachers new to a building, they'll sometimes have a teacher their who has taught or is teaching the same stuff. ...
