There's an area in my hometown called Harewood, but most people always referred to it as "Scarewood".
Full of heroin, prostitution, shootings etc. (Always makes me laugh when Americans think our whole country is some crime free paradise).
These days though they put in a bunch of million dollar townhouses and multi million subdivisions. Audi's and BMW's all over the place so all the riff raff got pushed out for the most part.
Edit: Whoops. If you couldn't tell I think it's a good thing. No more people shooting up needles outside King Arthur's Court lol.
