One of my colleagues, who does criminal law, had to defend himself in a disciplinary hearing because one of his clients was arrested in the middle of the night and couldn't reach him because he only had his office number and not his home number. He got cleared, but he had to lose a whole day to attend the hearing and write a bunch of letters to explain himself. We can even get in trouble if we decide to keep our phones off when we're on vacation in the beach with our families.
