We have one person who has to work from home due to a sick husband and somebody who is on vacation next week. So we could get away with me taking off, but to me it feels like I might want to keep my mind occupied instead. Because when I let my mind stay unengaged, it goes to grim thoughts and bad feelings that I want to avoid currently.
