The lances that restore your stamina are called Conquest Lances. The lances that represent your stamina don't have a name but I tend to use something like Stamina Lance. I've seen some people use Infernal+ to refer to the new Infernal. However, the original Infernal doesn't really have a unique name anymore. As for rank I was Top 65 since I didn't use any Conquest Lances. --- This was not the best year for my bracket.
