The wilpons were so fucking delusional they were like NOPE WINDFALL OR NOTHING FOR HIM CUZ HES BEEN SO GOOD THIS YEAR. aka, their asking price was so fucking high for JOSE BAUTISTA they didnt really want to trade him. I'm sure they'll try to do it on August waivers but theyre gonna lose so much value since he has league minimum and he'll get instantly claimed and then you're forced to only deal with one team. Like yeah, he's been ok. I wouldn't say good. He'd be most contending teams 4th or 5th OF, but on the roster.
