DIO can also potentially handle it, problem being that Johannesburg is almost entirely in direct sunlight so he's gonna have a hard time navigating the terrain as for Blue Eyes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O10-uDyX3bE" data-time=" it's hard to get what exactly is happening but he basically holds his own against Zorc, which is the ultimate god of death.
