Darn, I had a feeling it was moving in this direction after they had to remove all their first party Nintendo stuff, but it sucks to see it happen. :( Not like there aren't other places to get this stuff but EmuParadise was by far the cleanest public option and had a huge element of nostalgia for me since that was where I (and all my friends) went for their stuff in the past.

Between this and Voksi (Denuvo) it feels like Piracy is really dying

Denuvo is often cracked on day one these days, I'd actually argue piracy is more of an established thing today than ever before. Like if you told me anything like the 3DS Freeshop would eventually exist when I was a kid, I'd think it was a fairy tale.
