Inviso 08/09/18 12:21:27 AM #59:	15. Terra Branford People complain a lot about Terra and act like she's boring, but I just find her story really compelling. She's a half-esper, meaning she's got all this pent up energy that she doesn't have full control of, in part because she's been enslaved and under the thumb of the empire for a good portion of her life. She finally breaks her bonds and gains her freedom, but who is Terra Branford, exactly? She sure as shit doesn't know. She's got amnesia out the ass. Probably not the best time to have a guy like Edgar wanting to get into your pants, huh? The rest of the game is essentially Terra realizing she has these untapped genetic powers, trying to discover who she is and how she can live as a normal person when she's anything but...and I just find her character fascinating in that regard. She's such a departure from most female leads, who have the magic aspect, but tend to shrink away to allow the male lead to hold the spotlight. I like that about Terra.
