We can all play better by association once this question is put to bed. Yes it's *possible* he is town and could mason somebody, but I frankly don't trust B8 towns to ever come back around to a previously set lynch after putting it off for a day. Been burned by that before. If he's scum he'll wiggle away or we'll probably end up making a mislynch or two before we kill him. Not to mention, the longer Panth is in the game, the longer scum has the advantage of a big distraction and source of content to draw from in order to pretend to be engaged and active.
