Topic	Typical cost to fix a hardware (or firmware) flaw on a smartphone?

I was never able to find a concrete answer on why it was happening but i remember one of the possible solutions was to delete the system cache from safe mode but if you have already tried the factory reset then I imagine you tried that as well.
