The more people that are in the poll, the vote will more likely split to someone else. Ditto doesn't have an evolution, to draw newer Sun and Moon fans to vote for it, and it's because useless as a bedding dildo at daycare and nothing more but, not all fans of Pokemon care about breeding. Oh look at me, I can learn 3 new attacks and you have to raise me at Level 1, fun. Won't the same googly eyes look get repetitive? Yeah, yeah. We've seen Midna be given THE EXACT SAME PICTURE in all of her matches and this won't be any different. Yeah, yeah.
