On all of these, I see 1/2/3 stars filled and 3 unfilled... does this mean they can be ranked up (like in Fire Emblem Heroes) to an extent? Is rarity a fairly clear indicator of whether a girl is useful or not (like in Fate Grand Order) or are there plenty of good ones in the lower rarities (like in Girls Frontline) as well? My experience to the game is pretty limited(CBT and like 4 hours of Japanese version) so I can't really comment on how useful particular ships are. As for ranking up, you use duplicate copies of ships to do it. It starts at 1 duplicate for a rank up but at higher ranks you need multiple copies to rank up. There are also substitution ships you can use so you don't have to always use duplicates. Spidey5 posted... Hey now, there are 2 and 3 stars that are way more useful than some 5 stars in FGO.
