Nevertheless, I don't think it's the best MMX there is. I love the upgrades, they are a lot of fun and it allows you to finally play with boss weapons without worrying about energy (although that also makes parts a bit easy). However, not all stages are that great, and I was flabbergasted by the final stages which were incredibly short with easy bosses. The final boss (oh em gee who could it be) made up for that by being so long that dying is extremely easy, adding almost an hour of game time, which admittedly was partly my fault for just playing bad. Still, I have always loved the music and Maverick designs in this one, and that's still the case. Overall, great Mega Man title. Now onto the second X Legacy Collection. Oh boy...I'm afraid those four are going to be the trainwrecks everyone thinks they are, but we'll see. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
