She's shown she has no idea how to use any power she does have (see: how she handled being the H@CK3R/ and how, as HOH, she thought she had Brett for no sound reason). I doubt she'll win that many comps down the line. Right now, I put it as 75% Tyler, 24% Kaycee, 1% anyone else. I don't see anyone who will be willing to evict Tyler at any point before final 3, barring the F4 falling in a very specific way. Tyler's making final four whether anyone likes it or not. He can only finish 1st, 3rd, or 4th.
