I'd say the logic is that Doom is on Nintendo whereas Halo is very much a huge Microsoft main title. Like, Banjo-Kazooie are Microsoft, too, but weren't always, and they're a good hundred levels below Halo in importance to the system. Huh, never actually realized Nintendo had a Doom title. It was a big thing that Bethesda put Doom (2016) on the Switch, and kind of a bigger thing that Doom Eternal is launching on the Switch simultaneously.
