I messed with the NES games a little bit but not enough to say I ever truly played them. Maybe it's just this game and it's not representative of the whole series but I thought this game was not very good. It was only 5 worlds containing 3 stages and a boss fight. Every stage is only about 90 seconds long and you can beat most of them by just holding right and mashing attack, then the bosses die in about 30 seconds. Took about 30 minutes to beat it and it seemed more of a tech demo for the SNES hardware than anything else.
