Gauntlet Legends: Dark Legacy is the kinda sequel to Gauntlet Legends. Gauntlet Legends for the N64 and PS1 had 4 realms (the arcade version *also* had 4 realms, but 2 of the realms were different). Dark Legacy for the gc/ps2 has the 4 realms found in the n64/ps1 but also adds 4 more realms on top of it (2 of which were the arcade realms).

I had Dark Legacy on PS2 years ago. But I could have sworn it was just called Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, without "Legends" in the title. I only played Legends at the arcade.

Oh, maybe it is. I could have *sworn* it had the "Legends" on the box art for whatever reason. But any rate, it was the ps2 one. The only thing I kinda dislike there is that the ps2 doesn't have native 4p support (although these days I guess that's more of a moot issue because local play stopped being a big thing by the early 00s) and the gc is easier to move & set up (both because I don't leave it hooked up and also for those increasingly rare times I bring a system to a friend's for group play)
