I think that could help a lot there with making the luck of the draw on declaration order matter less. Also the idea of AP bonuses to weaker teams if strong teams keep punking on them. But yeah I realize I'm throwing a bunch of stuff out there and am not expecting you to commit to things-- just throwing it out there now because I'm not going to have the motivation to next week I'm sure and I do think there are some pretty good ideas flowing through my head. --- No problem!
