| PrivateBiscuit1 09/21/18 7:32:10 AM #428: | So I was re-watching the 1999 The Mummy movie. It's campy, but it's still a totally fun watch. In truth, my girlfriend and I have been waiting for it to come to some kind of service for a while since we rode the ride many times at Universal earlier this year. But man, how do you look at the success of this movie and then make the latest The Mummy movie. Like what the hell. Why didn't they make another fun action/horror movie like this and try to kickstart their dumb Monsters Universe off like that. Focus on the heroes of these Monster movies rather than the monster, so it's a big, dumb, cool thing when the heroes all have to team up? Give each hero a different vocation for each movie like a scientist, police officer, archaeologist, etc. So they all have a role in the big team up.
