The reason she didn't get into L6 was because she didn't care to do anything but label them. Level 6 was based on bonds, not attractiveness. The pairs of Tyler/Kaycee, Brett/Winston, and Angela/Rachel simply teamed up due to common interests. That they're the more attractive people in the bunch had nothing to do with it, though it probably did have to do with them bonding.
