They could have a reason they committed that murder, some people are loyal and will help you bury the body.

I don't think there is any reason to rape.


Anybody who could make a convoluted justification for murder could make a convoluted justification for rape (or, more realistically, an excuse for it). Likewise, people who could justify concealing a murder could easily justify covering up a rape

More to the point, murder is objectively worse than rape.
