But am I being clear with what Im asking for? Does it make sense?

Another generic example might be a god creating a planet but when its created there are already people and civilizations existing believing they have been there for as long as they can remember. They are unaware that their world has just been born.


Yeah, you explained it okay enough. However, it's probably not a common enough thing to be a real trope. If it has a name at all, it's probably named for a show or film that did it. It also seems like the kind of thing that you might see on Doctor Who.
