About the same as the rest of the conversation we had before I asked her What specifically did you ask her that she said maybe in response to? It's possible if you asked her about a specific time/place that she said maybe because she doesn't know if she can make it but would want to another time, but if she said maybe to the idea of going out with you at all she's probably not that interested.
