About the same as the rest of the conversation we had before I asked her What specifically did you ask her that she said maybe in response to? It's possible if you asked her about a specific time/place that she said maybe because she doesn't know if she can make it but would want to another time, but if she said maybe to the idea of going out with you at all she's probably not that interested. It's not a guarantee or anything, but don't get your hopes up. Asked if she wanted to get lunch sometime this week (I think I included the this week part) and she responded with maybe, if not this week then next, and she would let me know.
