seriously though melo, your schools rec center or a gym membership will do a lot of good to keeping you clean and healthy while you are in between living situations.

as for food, maybe check for a nearby food bank.
check and see if any local community centers are doing a free dinner night (easier to find this sort of thing if you are near downtown or another place where the homeless congregate.
keep in mind that bread is cheap, and while not extraordinarily healthy as a primary portion of your diet it is better than malnourishment

its fucking rough on the streets man, but you will come back to your normal life with a newfound appreciation for shit youve taken for granted.
