It's an article about discriminating against smart people who apply to be cops I had initially missed the link when I first responded, but it doesn't change the fact that he's been going hard on that anti-cop bias for a while now (including a long string of cringeworthy statements in that other cop topic). If you want anything negative about cops, you can turn to BAD for it. As for the broader issue of "intelligence discrimination," part of a recruiter's job is to evaluate how likely a candidate is to stick around which is why people who are overqualified for jobs in some form often lose out to less-qualified individuals.
