Where Manchin is now versus where he will be after could be different. He is likely too seeded to lose, but it will definitely have an effect. How much of one though? Jones already may be dead in water in 2020. That said, a lot of Dem senators in red States have some decisions cut out for them if a couple of Republicans flip.
