That's because that tally is only bad draws with relics that have little to no value. That's why you don't see the 5, 8 and 12 or the Lucky's where I got Tifa's AOSB and Sazh's LM. (Though I probably got a dud on FF5 when I got Krile and Lenna's bursts, don't remember if it was just those though, but I did decent enough on that banner with glints and LM even if I did miss Bartz and Galuf's top prizes)

Type-0 wasn't a bad choice to invest in since I needed more relics for the Cid Missions, and no I wasn't just chasing 1 relic, I never do that, like I really want OK's USB3 but that banner is way too risky with duds. Any of the discos would have made me happy as well as Rem and Ace's bursts, even dupes of Ace's LM would be ok since it's a fire boosting bracer with high magic, and it was pretty much the best Type-0 banner in foresight at the time.

And I did go 3x11 on Type-0 and Autumn Fest Banner 1, and all I got was crap. Sure you may think Guy's USB was a dud, but that's still an rare synergy earth boosting axe and it helped you beat Ixion. I try to use the "when life gives you lemons you make lemonade" analogy but stuff like dupes of Larsa/Vanille/Galuf/Penelo BSBs or filler like King's non-usb relics aren't lemons, they're lemon shaped rocks.
