I definitely believe that Wilhelm is the better tank even though theyre pretty close in most aspects of kit, but if its working for you right now I wouldnt use the UoC. Save that for Seighart if you really need a physical tank, since I believe hes better than Wilhelm. I love that they gave Wilhelm attack and Mag breaks at 7.
