So i made the mistake of going on facebook and actually saw an interesting thing.
Have any of you ever seen people get up in arms about people coming out with decades old stories of sexual abuse by priests in the same way people get upset about things like the situation with kavenaugh?
I honestly cant remember anything. Im sure some people waved their hands and whatnot but nothing remotely close tothe level that women in the past couple years have faced.
There's a reason we are having to deal with tons and tons of backlog on this priest thing. A lot of young boys were told sometimes by parents that they must be mistaken. The trusted parish priest would never do such a thing.
