Like you can say "Paige called the spot" all you want but I don't think Paige called "okay kick me full force in the back of the head at this point during my taunt so I get violently thrown to the ground." There are ways to do that spot safely if you don't suck. Paige calling for it was poor judgment on her part, but more because she called for Sasha to do it.
