I've seen the differences in various communities in some games (most specifically, GTA:O) across multiple consoles and on PC. And I can safely say that I never want to play an online multiplayer game where those communities interact on a regular and unavoidable basis. Even aside from other considerations, hacking tends to be so bad on PC that it makes GTA:O almost unplayable.
