It's pretty vanilla bad luck compared to what people post in this topic. It ultimately comes down to poor planning more than anything. You go in expecting to get great things on 2x11 or 3x11 you're gonna get burned lots. I don't think I've actually seen bad luck like this since the pre guaranteed 5 days though, I know some people here crashed on some banners like Orlandeau OSB or fests but they seemed to recover after that, but that's just usually just 1 or two banners, I've had crap luck for two fests and especially bad luck this fest (need I remind you the best relic I got the entire fest is Sazh's LM?) And how is it poor planning to pull on a banner that had 11/14 useful relics? I'm not whaling here I just want a few extra things to help beat King Behemoth or the Type-0 torment, but the game gave me nothing but the worst of the banner. Lopen posted... Stop with the luckies and half measures on struggling realms and elements and really hoard up to piledrive what you want and you'll get more good stuff. That's because back then we only had 8 magicite to deal with and you weren't punished for bringing off realm characters to torments. Now we have 17 torments and 16 magicite we have to make specific teams for. You need chains, the realm healer or boostga, DPS ect and that takes a lot of investment even for just a couple realms/magicites. Sure there's some shortcuts here and there but it's still overwhelming how much you need to stay in the current meta. And it's highly recommended to get the 5 espers now because they keep getting harder as they get added (except Hecatoncheir apparently) And hoarding doesn't guarantee you anything, the biggest problem is the dupes and the more you pull on one banner the riskier it becomes. If the game had a step up or weeding system you'd have a point but the dread of 1/11 dupes is a serious stigma. Also I don't even draw on Luckies that much, and even then it's something like a FFT0 + 15 banner since those realms are still new, though I will admit the temptation of Aerith USB2 does get me on FF7 luckies. --- https://imgur.com/6AevF0Y LOL!!!!
