I'm not done with the campaign yet. I'm actually doing the campaign co op. Is that not an option for you? I've unlocked it a while ago but it's almost impossible to find randos. Usually it either loads forever or just says "can not find room" even for the event quests. Then just create the room. Otherwise usually refreshing a few times also works Creating a room leads to the endless loading too for whatever reason.
