I forgot to respond to this in the September topic, but hearing about the sheer length of La Mulana 2 and needing a notebook (for map purposes maybe?), I would have to imagine that I would hate the game even if I would like it's core gameplay. La-Mulana 2 is a non-linear game, like a metroid or some such. The notebook was used to map things out (even though there are in-game maps), really to help me make note of places I couldn't access so I knew when to circle back with new items. There are also riddles and puzzles in the game, so I would write down hints on those. I didn't need to use a notebook for the first game (though it probably could've helped). But, seeing as La-Mulana 2 came out the same weekend my kid was born, I played it in many short, broken intervals. Writing things down was necessary to save me from being really redundant in my actions. --- ONLY FIVE CAN LADDER. Sushi, kamikaze, fujiyama, nippon-ichi... ... Copied to Clipboard! |
