| Sephiroth C Ryu 10/04/18 5:59:11 PM #35: | You can get both jobs/classes in a single playthrough, without anything like NG+. You have to choose between which one you get first for a number of the jobs/classes, and the other one then becomes unavailable for a little while until you then get the opportunity to get it later. I heard this much going in, so naturally I went thief first for completionistic purposes (i.e. just in case some enemy between the first chance and second chance for thief happened to have some unique steal or something. That said, I never did look into whether or not that was the case so its quite possible that it just got me a bunch of potions and some equipment that had alternate acquisition options). Well, unless you are a nutcase completionist, even if there were such a unique item, it would be extremely outclassed by something you can get later anyway so its fine. . --- I am the Hunter of Topics.
